Returns
Customers have the right to return an order within 14 days from receiving the order. This right only applies in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Return labels are not provided and customers have to return the order at their own expense. Basin Street Beanery holds the right to additional charges if the return does not meet this criteria. If customers use their right to send back an order they should contact Basin Street Beanery in order to get an address to send the goods to. Basin Street Beanery has warehouses in Europe and the United States.
If an item is defective or damaged in any way on arrival, Basin Street Beanery should be contacted within 14 days for information about compensation. Basin Street Beanery holds the right to refuse any returns made after this timeframe.
International Orders
Non-EU and Non-US orders will be considered as an international order. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be collected upon delivery. As a customer, you will be responsible for payment of such import charges. Basin Street Beanery is not liable for any duties or taxes associated with any orders processed by Basin Street Beanery.
Import charges are normally based on the item’s price, weight, dimensions, and country of origin, as well as any local taxes, duties and fees. However, as charges vary across countries, Basin Street Beanery advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.
